Drilled piers are generally a 12" in diameter shaft drilled to a depth of 10 to 12 ft or to rock, it is then filled with concrete and reinforced with rebar. I specialize in the drilled piers because I think it is the most efficient way of correcting your foundation issues. We do not use heavy machinery in the process and will leave your lawn looking better than it was when we started. On completion the area will be graded, topsoil added if needed and any shrubs replaced if removed and new mulch placed in the beds if needed.
